While connectivity offers countless advantages, excessive, compulsive, and uncontrolled use has given rise to a new, serious form of dependency: Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD) . IAD is not merely about spending too much time online. It is a condition where Internet use becomes the dominant activity in an individual's life, causing significant distress and functional impairment in all areas of daily life: personal, social, academic, and professional. are stressful. Who anxious most? The one who gets anxious is the one
who does not work, anxious that he can not provide a living to his
family. Unlike any unemployed person anxious, anxiety can strongly
appear to person who is working hard to pull a living or working
feverishly to pull out more or to satisfy unsaturated commonly greed.
Stress makes its appearance at newlyweds who are expected to assume
new roles leaders, frustrated with exams at school, at university,
with problematic daily relations with congestion and our inability to
go to our work on time. What is stress? Stress is a stressful
situation where we are sick psychologically trying to cope with our
obligations. It is this tightness in the stomach and the heart that
lasts a long time when doing many things at once and do not have
time.
The
anxiety experienced by all humans at different times in their lives
sometimes more than others. When we live every day with very
stressful pace should be little careful because you could be
detrimental to our health, later something that now we do not
understand it. What to do with these profits if they get me with
mental problems? We get frustrated with our children to meet their
daily needs, but the worst is that this anxiety we transmit to our
children and they are more vulnerable and sensitive and will struggle
much more to overcome, grow up in this stressful environment that can
only be detrimental to their health.
