OBESITY





              Obesity is a phenomenon that takes globally large dimensions. A person is considered obese when excessive fat accumulated to body abnormally to their age.  Obesity as it is referred in various sources in the international press, internet etc. are mainly cardiovascular diseases,  diabetes type 2, obstructive sleep apnea, possibly cancer, cancer of breast for women, osteoarthritis, and asthma. The main cause of obesity is big quantity of food, many calories per day,  and sedentary lifestyle. Only systematically health diet and controlling of the quantity of food and daily calories may reduce the dangers that obesity can lead, and regular exercise the body.

             The obese person must take  care of   gradually losing  pounds and not abruptly,  and be systematic in maintaining proper diet and exercise.
               A survey conducted at Harvard published the Internet showed that obesity in the next decade will become a major form of cancer and more dangerous than smoking
