Obesity
is a phenomenon we found especially in wealthier families. Obesity is a medical
condition which excess body fat has accumulated to body and have negative
effect on health, leading to reduced life even death. Obesity increases the
likelihood of cardiovascular diseases, problems with heart, diabetes type 2,
obstructive sleep apnea, have reported certain types of cancer, osteoarthritis
and asthma. But what causes obesity? What are the causes? The main cause of obesity
is excessive eating and lack of control of the food you eat. People suffering
from obesity may have genetic
susceptibility or have some endocrine
disorders.

Great care is needed in obese people
trying to lose weight this shall be done
gradually and not abruptly.
A
survey conducted at Harvard published online showed that obesity in the next
decade will become a major form of cancer most dangerous and smoking.
It
is advisable to consult a doctor if you have health problems or a nutricionist
if you want to lose weight fast. Do not start rigorous diets in order to ideal
body to exit the beach. Let us have a few extra pounds and be healthy than to
have a fast RIPPED body with bad consequences for our health, and the only sure
thing is when we lose the excess fat quickly after taking them again twice.
