              Adolescence is one of the most difficult age for the teenager. Young people in this age begin to deal a lot with their appearance, they like to like to the opposite sex. In adolescence is the time when acne occurs in both boys and girls, fills the person with pimples blackheads sebum, and start saddened, "I'm ugly / or what I'll do." Firstly acne and this phase blackheads happens to all children and teens not only to you, to others more to other less. What you in no way have to do is sit in front of the mirror and start to try push out this pimples. These pimples vary according to the severity of the acne and range from whiteheads, blackheads, pustules and nodules to cysts. You should not tease pimples or take off pressing the sebum. If you start the with it they only thing you will  succeed is to leave scars on your face that never leave. Acne is a dermatological problem that passes almost alone after puberty, it would be advisable to consult a dermatologist for special care of the person if necessary.
      Many of us during our adolescence spent hours in front of the mirror after our bath to crack black spots with sebum, which noone  dermatologist recommends. It's an easy movement that we think will clean our face. NO. Under no circumstances break the pimples from our face, would leave marks and holes in our face  and although some time will close, the scars remain.
    The teenager is anxious not like in his relationship and he gets depressed. You're very young and you have the whole life ahead of you to be completed as man / woman. You Can  take care of your body,  to live a perfectly normal life in your daily program, and of course the most important thing is to love yourself such as age changing whole, everything comes and go,  simply want their time.
