🌐 The Digital Double Edge: Internet Addiction and its Profound Impact on Health The Internet, the greatest tool in human history, began as a revolutionary source of knowledge, communication, and freedom. In the modern era, it has transformed into a Digital Ocean, where navigation can be both beneficial and destructive. While connectivity offers countless advantages, excessive, compulsive, and uncontrolled use has given rise to a new, serious form of dependency: Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD) . IAD is not merely about spending too much time online. It is a condition where Internet use becomes the dominant activity in an individual's life, causing significant distress and functional impairment in all areas of daily life: personal, social, academic, and professional. Although it has not yet been fully included as an official diagnosis in the main diagnostic manual DSM-5 (with the exception of "Internet Gaming Disorder"), the clinical and research community recognizes i...

Obesity
Obesity
is a condition where obese youth are more likely to have risk factors for their
health and have big cardiovascular problems in future and lose their lives. An
obese man has more health problems from someone else having a normal body
weight. Obesity is mainly due to excessive eating, loss of control, lack of
exercise.
Adolescents may have risk of diabetes
because of their high glucose levels, doctors say.
If a person is unable alone to impose
himself healthy diet and exercise, he needs to consult a specialist doctor to
give him some advice that will help him lose weight, maybe you will need to
place intragastric balloon, to give you a sense of fullfillness in your stomach
and eating less, and of course the insertion of intragastric balloon is surgery. The only way
to avoid the obese person surgery, is to try alone to love himself and
exercise.
Children’s behaviour depends from the
influences of their environments, their
families, their friends, schools, media have also big responsibility with the regular information they can give to our
youth, children spend many hours in front of a television or a computer and is
a grate source for their health information.
Schools play a particularly role for
supporting healthy behaviours, schools must invite in regular basis nurses,
educators of health to inform children so the healthy life be part of their lives.
What about society? What else she could
establish to support youth from malnutricion and obesity? Society has also a
big responsibility to organize lectures, speeches in all fields of society,
could print some advices and share them to children, also internet, television
spend some hours creating helpful audiovisual content more attractive to influence youth for new ways of life, and
make them love their bodies and avoid obesity.
A
survey conducted at Harvard published via the Internet showed that obesity in
the next decade will become a major form of cancer and more dangerous than
smoking
