Allergies



         An allergy is a hypersensitivity  people have shown in the pollen of trees, the flowers, the animals' hair, the feathers, and even in some foods. Substances that cause these reactions in sensitive individuals called allergens.
          When the body of man is sick for the first time by an allergen, the body begins to acquire antibodies and can recognize the allergen the next time and increase the body's defenses and help the affected person to overcome lighter as in all diseases also. But they do not have all the same immune system and the same defense to fight allergens so many of our fellow humans globally about 25% - 30% suffer from chronic allergies and is very annoying. For instance, is the case of a young nursing student that as she went to give examinations in school constantly sneezing without interruption 49 times with constant nose sniffle. ( Is it possible? Food

Food allergens have been reported to cause allergies are:
• In dairy products
• Eggs, shellfish, nuts
• Fish, some drugs such as penicillin
• Detergents
